Return and Refund Policy

Due to the tailored nature of our suppositories, we cannot offer refunds and payment is due in full prior to creation.

Any unopened Ben Cao Bento Box items will be refunded or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of the box. You must contact us via email within 30 days of receipt stating reason for the refund/return.
