Concierge Medicine
All-Inclusive option for one individual.
Family plan option available (call for details).
Includes:
- Up to five 60 minute sessions/month.
- Choice of preferred appointment time.
- Up to 10 hours of monthly medical seminars (intensives not included).
- Access to physician after hours, weekends and holidays (not overnight).
Four month minimum commitment required.
Sessions are not rolled over.
